So, what would be your favorite type of book to read? Action, Adventure, Mystery, Si-Fi, Fantasy? So many more to choose from!

Mine are Action, Adventure, Si-Fi, Fantasy, and some Mystery.

I enjoy all kinds of genres of reading except romance. I don't mind romance in a book, but I'm not going to go to the romance section in Books A Million. Razz I'd say the ones I prefer to read the most are Science-Fiction, Action, Adventure and on occasion Mystery. I am however reading "1632". It's about a small town from the year 2000 being sent back to the year 1632. Not sure if that's sci-fi or fantasy maybe both?!? lol

If it's by a Baen author, I'm pretty likely to be willing to read it. Either that or Timothy Zahn. There's one novel written by David Weber (author of my favorite series E V E R) working with Zahn. The sounds I made upon this discovery were not human.

Science fiction. Nautical fiction. Some fantasy, and WHOO! 500 pages into the lord of the rings series! which totals at a thousand two hundred pages! Almost halfway there! Really though, I have to say that I like Tolkien's writing so far. It's incredibly descriptive.

I love mystery, fantasy, sci-fi and sci-fi horror (I'm looking at you H.P Lovecraft). I do enjoy darker reads too in moderation, I've been meaning to read a few really good ones soon.

And, Tolkien is mY FAVE. I've read all of the lotr books, the Hobbit, and the Silmarillion, and part of the Lost Tales. I owe a lot of artistic motivation and inspiration to the beautiful and complex world he created, haha.

That sounds familiar, but I can't recall what it was about. I personally favor the color-alien story and Cthulu, aha. Oh, and I can't remember what it was called, but the short story on the dark photographer gives me chills.

I'm enjoy most types of books. The ones I don't are romance (like Flushy, I don't mind if there's romance in the story. But just keep those romance stories away from me please.) and horror. Sci-fi and fantasy are my favorites, but tell a good story, and I'll overlook settings that I'm kind of meh about.

My favorite author is definitely Tolkien. I absolutely love the world, and the characters of Middle Earth.

@ARC: I was also pretty excited to hear about that collaboration... Definitely looking forward to that
